Q&A

The Q&A phone line will be used by almost every Anthill account. This is where most of your conversations will happen including outbound announcements and answering day-to-day questions.
HR

The HR inbox should only be used by your HR leaders. We suggest this be the only anonymous inbox you have as a safe place for employees to share honest feedback and report incidents directly to HR.
Operations

The operations inbox can be added to your account as needed. This inbox is flexible and we suggest you use it for very specific needs like emergency outbound texts. If there are any conversations you want to keep quarantines to one place, this is the inbox to do that through.
Campaigns

Campaigns allow you to send a series of texts over a period of time for processes like onboarding new employees or training. You can also survey employees through Campaigns to gather data. We see companies use surveys for everything from an Employee NPS to asking what people want for lunch.
