When autoreplies don't resolve an employee issue you can speak with them directly through Anthill.
Reply to Messages
- In your Anthill Connect Dashboard, open the Q&A or Announcements tab. You will see a count of how many unread messages are in each.
Open the message you want to reply to by clicking anywhere on it. The message should open on the right where you can see the full thread.
- Type your message in the field on the bottom and click "Reply" to send.
- Once a conversation is complete, resolve the ticket by clicking the blue Resolve in the upper right corner of a ticket.
